| Luncheon Honoring Susi Hamilton |
| April 20, 2010 |
| |
A large group of enthusiastic supports gathered at the
Coastline Convention Center Tuesday to show their support for Susi
Hamilton.
County Commissioner, Jonathan Barfield described Susi as someone who
“knows how to get the job done”. City Councilman, Charlie Rivenbark once
again committed his full support. Former House Representative, Alex
Hall, stated that he was certain that Susi had the qualifications to
represent District 18 in Raleigh.
Hamilton spoke passionately about her commitment to the what she called
“the 4 E’s”.........Economic Development, Education, Environment, and
Experience. She stated that it is very easy to promise to make things
happen for this community....the big difference is that she has already
and will continue to make things happen for Wilmington! |

| Chestnut Heights Neighborhood Gathering at the home of Lee & Karen Crouch |
| April 18, 2010 |
| |
Another hectic week for Susi Hamilton wrapped up at the
home of Lee & Karen Crouch with a group of over 40 neighbors joining in.
Most of those in attendance had been residents of this area for over
thirty
years and have watched Susi evolve from an energetic young lady in the
city planning department to the fire ball she became as head of
Wilmington Downtown, Inc. All present felt that Susi is the ideal
candidate for their District, as they understand that she already knows
how to successfully work within the governmental process.
The evening ended with enthusiastic neighbors making contributions,
leaving with yard signs and offering to do all they could to assist in
the campaign. |

| Susi Hamilton
for NC House Kick-off Event at Verandas |
| March 25, 2010 |
| |
An excited crowd gathered to show their support for Susi
Hamilton Thursday, March 25. This was the first of many planned
gatherings in the community.
Introduced by City Councilman, Charlie Rivenbark,
Ms. Hamilton took the opportunity to welcome a group of Wilmington’s
most influential citizens and thank them for their support. True to her
reputation, Susi spoke passionately about her commitment to Wilmington
and her dedication to ensuring that Wilmington would have a voice in
Raleigh when she is elected. She stressed that with the current economic
climate the community cannot afford to elect a representative who
would have to undergo a “learning curve” in the political process. Her
years of experience in City government and Wilmington Downtown, Inc.
have given Susi the opportunity to establish a solid reputation in the
State arena. |
